Start Netscape Communicator.

Click Edit.
Click Preferences...

Under Category:
Mail & Groups | Idenity
Type your userid in the Your name: box.
Type your userid@AboutCalgary.net in the Email address: box.

Mail & Groups | Mail Server
Type your userid in the Mail server user name: box.
Type smtp.AboutCalgary.net in the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: box.
Type mail.AboutCalgary.net in the Incoming mail server: box
Click the OK button.
