Start Eudora Email.

Click Tools.
Click Options...
(For earlier versions of Eudora, click Special then click Settings)

Under Category:
Click on Getting Started
Type your Name (Optional) in the Real name: box.
Type your userid@AboutCalgary.net in the Return address: box.
Type mail.AboutCalgary.net in the Mail Server (Incoming): box.
Type your userid in the Login Name: box.

Click on Attachments
Click on the Attachment directory: button.
Select a directory where attached files will be decoded to.

Click on Advanced Network
Click the arrow to the right of the Entry: box.
Click on About Calgary Type your userid in the Username: box.

Click the OK button.
